If goods are flawed/ defective please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order via admin@anaqah.co.za to log a return/exchange. Goods may be exchanged for what is currently available and will not be deferred to a later time. The customer is required to ship the goods back to us and we will arrange for the replacements to be shipped back if deemed necessary.
If goods are not up to the customer’s standard (e.g. the hijab shade is unsatisfactory) , please contact us on admin@anaqah.co.za within 3 working days of receiving your items to log a return/exchange . The goods will be required to be shipped back to us at your own cost in its original packaging and a replacement to be selected from what is available and will not be deferred to a later time. Once received and inspected by us , a replacement will be sent through.
